Eugene Kontorovich is an expert on maritime piracy and universal jurisdiction.[1] He works as a Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School and former professor at Northwestern University. [2] He occasionally writes for the Washington Post and the Jerusalem Post and has clerked for Judge Richard Posner on the U.S. Court of Appeals.[3][4] Kontorovich is also a researcher at the Kohelet Policy Forum.[4] He has been active in opposing boycotts of Israel and its settlements, including standing before a special US congressional committee on the topic.[5]
