The Farmers and mechanics Building is an art deco skyscraper in West Chester, Pennsylvania. It was completed in 1907, and was used to watch for German planes during World War II. In 1918 when the Boy Scouts were founded in Chester County the Farmers and mechanics Building became their headquarters.
