King of Pro-Wrestling is a Professional Wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling[1].The event will take place on October 8,2018 at the Ryōgoku Kokugikan in Tokyo.

Storylines

At G1 Special in San Francisco Hiromu Takahashi succesfully defended his IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship against Dragon Lee,However during the match Hiromu injured his neck[2],because of that Hiromu had to relinquish the championship.Which led to NJPW announce a 4 man single elimination tournament to crown a new champ[3].At Destruction in Kobe 2018 Kushida will face Bushi and at Fighting Spirit Unleashed Will Ospreay will face Marty Scurll and winners of these two matches will face off at King of Pro-Wrestling to crown the new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.
