Liberal Privilege: Joe Biden And The Democrats' Defense Of The Indefensible is a self-published 2020 non-fiction book by New York Times #1 Bestseller author[1] Donald Trump Jr. This is his second book (after Triggered), slated to be released on September 1, 2020.[2]
Summary
The book criticizes the Democratic Party's scandals, history of racism, and policies, which, according to the author, have failed the United States. The book also takes aim at non-peaceful Black Lives Matter protests following the death of George Floyd.[3]
Background to publishing
The book is being purchased in bulk by the Republican National Committee for fundraising purposes.[4][5]
The book's title contained a typo at one point, with regard to the possessive form of the plural word Democrats, which has since been corrected.[5]
Donald Trump Jr. explained to the New York Times his reasons for writing the book: "While I had no plans for a book this year, I was stuck indoors like the rest of the nation during the pandemic," he said. "I decided to highlight Biden’s half century of being a swamp monster, since the media wouldn’t do it".[5]
