Mississippi Highway 302 (also signed as Goodman Road) is the main east-west highway in DeSoto County, Mississippi, extending into Marshsall County, Mississippi to the east. It runs approximately two miles south of the Mississippi/Tennessee state line, from a western terminus at West Railroad Avenue in Walls, to U.S. 72 just west of Mount Pleasant.

MS 302 begins as a two-lane highway, from West Railroad Avenue east to Mississippi Highway 161. For approximately one mile begining at MS 161 and on eastward, MS 302 is a four-lane expressway to accomodate the U.S. 61 interchange. MS 302 then continues east as a two-lane highway until it reaches Lynchburg. From Lynchburg to U.S. 78 at Olive Branch, it is mainly four lanes with a center turn lane with significant commercial frontage. From U.S. 78 to MS 309, MS 302 is a four-lane expressway with at-grade intersections (with the exception of the overpass at Germantown Road/MS 305). Eastward from MS 309, the four-lane expressway continues, with a grade-separated interchange at the U.S. 72 terminus.
