The Torrington Twisters are a summer collegiate baseball league team that is located in Torrington, Connecticut. Fuessenich Park, located within the downtown area of Torrington, has been the Twisters home since entering the New England Collegiate Baseball League in the 1997 season. A unique feature of the NECBL are the wooden bats used by the college baseball players who come from schools throughout the country.
