The Papermate PhD Multi is a pen/pencil/stylus combonation. It is avalible only in pencil lead size 0.5mm. It is endorsed by the American Physical Theraphy Association, for its triangular grip. It is avalable in jade and blue color. Papermate claims it offers "The highest degree of writing comfort."[1]

Mechanics and Design
Most of the pen is made of metal. Under a plastic cap on the top, the eraser is held. In order to change from pencil, pen, or stylus, all you do is twist the barrel.
Loading lead is a bit complicated. You have to unscrew the pen and then pull the pencil tip and load the lead. You cahnge the ink chamber by doing the same method, and then gently pulling the ink chamber out.
