Ricardo Jorge Morgado da Costa (born 13 May 1987) is a Portuguese politician who serves as a Member of the European Parliament since 2024. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party; part of the EPP Group.[1][2] He also served as President of the Municipal Assembly of Lamego between 2021 and 2024.[3]

He succeeded Cláudia Aguiar as a member of the European Parliament when she resigned to be Secretary of State for Fisheries.[4]
