Richard F. Sappington (1861 – April 6, 1930) was an American politician from Maryland.

Early life

Richard F. Sappington was born in 1861 in Libertytown, Maryland, to Sidney A. Sappington.[1]

Career

Sappington was a Democrat. He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Frederick County from 1892 to 1894.[1][2] He was a member of the board of education.[1]

Personal life

Sappington died on April 6, 1930, at his home in Libertytown.[1]
