Stan Against Evil is an American comedy horror television series created by Dana Gould. On February 22, 2016, the series was picked up for an eight episode first season.[1] The series stars John C. McGinley, Janet Varney, Nate Mooney, Deborah Baker Jr., and Mick Ignis. The series began filming in June 2016 in Atlanta.[2] The series premiered on October 31, 2016, on IFC.[3][4] On December 13, 2016, IFC renewed the series for a second season, which is set to premiere on November 1, 2017.[5]

Plot

A New England town built on the site of massive witch burning is haunted by demons. Stanley Miller, the former sheriff, teams up with Evie, the new sheriff to defend the town.
