Entertainment variety Street theatre.

Used also in the context of psychologically harassing a Gang stalking victim. These well and subtly designed skits are such that usually only the target is aware of the harassment. e.g. Girl at school is raped by "popular" guy wearing a purple shirt. The girl could be covertly harassed in this manner by having his friends also dress in a purple shirt and approach the victim. This effectively forces her to experience her terror again and again.

Naturally, only the harassers and the target would be aware of this psychological harassment technique due to her unique sensitivity to this marker.
