This is a mess[edit]

This looks like it is organized by category of billing code, which is not useful to an encyclopedia reader. I propose that it be organized by sub-class of procedure:

  • Open Surgery
  • Endovascular and Minimally Invasive Procedures
  • Diagnostic and Imaging Procedures
