To enable a climate that helps wikipedia grow as an encyclopedia it is important that user are civil. In fact this is so important that wikipedia even has a policy for this at WP:CIVIL. Still many people misunderstand this and will accuse anyone who disagrees with them of violating WP:CIVIL. However this accusation is in and of itself a breach of civility. In fact accusing someone of being uncivil is close to the least civil thing you can do, as it blatantly points out your inability to assume good faith, and usually fails to acknowledge your actual argument.

Please note that if an outside, uninvolved editors accuses you of being uncivil that is an entirely different situation, and you should probably more careful about what you say.
