updating the english wikipedia page for list of channels in the uk because there are plenty of channels that closed a long time ago still listed.
updating the german wikipedia page on the same thing because it's stuck in 2009.
also updating the turkish wikipedia page about the same thing because it's a copypaste of the english page from 2006. (i removed abc1 and updated artsworld and it got reverted because i removed content without reason. also, half the page is in english.)
