Pats1, you don't have to jump into every single discussion between Chris and I. Your participation in that discussion was completelly unnecessary, and I also didn't appreciate your comment "Man, Ksy is really dying to find something incriminating against Chris." Are you saying that if Chris makes a personal attack against me that I'm just supposed to ignore it? ::I'm not saying you can't post there, but it's best not to if the only comments you're gonna make are like "Man, Ksy is really dying to find something incriminating against Chris." These are the types of comments that provoke people, especially when they're unnecessary and unrelated to the matter at hand. Then is when it's best to keep your mouth shut and not provokve other editors.

There is no reason why I shouldn't be allowed to restore your comment. Please click here to leave me a new message and I will respond on your talk page. If I have left you a message on your talk page, please respond here. I have better things to do than to stalk your talk page, just as you have more important priorities that to keep watching and/or checking back with mine.

Colts roster

I accidentally pressed enter before I finished my edit summary, I wanted to let you know that Thorpe was promoted to their active roster, but per the Indy Star the Colts didn't announce who was taken off it. So look out for that. Don't know if we'll have to wait until the game book or not.►Chris NelsonHolla! 15:05, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dolphins' 2nd KR?

In all of the NFL games I have seen, there has always been two KRs. One on the left side around the 5 yard line and the other on the right side. I think it's either Chatman or Cobbs that is on the otherside of Ginn as the second KR if it is not Marty Booker.
Raul17 09:25, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ginn is really the only one deep. Chatman is up a little ahead and could take it if it's shorter, but he's usually a blocker for Ginn.►Chris NelsonHolla! 01:07, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Garrett Mills

no one agrees with your idea, so just stop, all the other players released before the 07 season dont have that--Yankees10 01:05, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WE DISCUSSED ALREADY AND NO ONE AGREED WITH YOU!!--Yankees10 01:08, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I tend to side with Yankees10 on this one. I'm only doing the asterisk if their tenure was ONLY an offseason/practice squad one. Like Darwin Walker with Buffalo.►Chris NelsonHolla! 01:10, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have some stuff to do right now, but I think this should be brought over to WP:NFL discussion (again...). But I don't see why the fact that Mills was on the Pats until September 2007 should be stricken from the record. Pats1 T/C 01:14, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It's not stricken from the record, I just don't think there's a good enough way to present it and I think it might be overkill. If a guy was an offseason or practice squad member guy only, that should be clear. If a guy was with the team during the regular season, that should be clear. But we don't need to go overboard. Are we going to put Dan Marino's years with the Dolphins as 1983-1999, 2000*? If a guy was a regular season member, I think that's the important part of that listing.►Chris NelsonHolla! 01:17, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, cool. WP:NFL it, I'll check it out tomorrow. Don't have time now. Pats1 T/C 01:20, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Chris it is just unnecessary--Yankees10 01:50, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vinny T to Arizona

I wasn't really sure why the part about Vinny Testaverde being approached by Arizona to actually play against the Panthers was taken out. It was in the news that a day before Vinny T signed with Carolina, Arizona had asked him but he said no because he didn't want to be too far from his family. Just wanted to know if that was taken out because (a) the grammar/syntax wasn't to your liking; (b) you thought the tidbit was unimportant; or (c) there was no footnote. If it's the last reason, I can do a footnote. You can check the associated press article here: http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/recap;jsessionid=133CDA8A03FCFF094D9C7C6AFA4CD83D?game_id=29279&displayPage=tab_recap&season=2007&week=REG6

I just didn't want to keep altering the page and then have you re-alter it and keep going back and forth if it's either of the first two reasons. take care. ~Vinny C from NYC —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.230.252.208 (talk) 00:29, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They're alphabetical, just like NFL ones. Good job! ;-) ►Chris NelsonHolla! 14:56, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ksy92003(talk) 04:44, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pats1's comment on my talk page, which I copied over here to keep the conversation in the same place. It was removed from this page for absolutely no reason at all.
I'm not saying you can't post there, but it's best not to if the only comments you're gonna make are like "Man, Ksy is really dying to find something incriminating against Chris." These are the types of comments that provoke people, especially when they're unnecessary and unrelated to the matter at hand. Then is when it's best to keep your mouth shut and not provokve other editors.
And if Chris makes a personal attack against me, do you think I'm not going to report it? Of course I will. He attacks me, I'm going to report it. If that's wrong, then I'm guilty of that. Are you telling me you wouldn't do the same? If I attacked you, are you saying that you wouldn't report me if I called you some bad names? Ksy92003(talk) 13:12, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of comments

So, you're saying that "your policy" is law? According to WP:TPG, everything allows me to restore your comment:

"It is best to avoid changing your own comments. Other users may have already quoted you with a diff (see above) or have otherwise responded to your statement. Therefore, use "Show preview" and think about how your amended statement may look to others before you save it.

Altering a comment after it's been replied to robs the reply of its original context. It can also be confusing."

There is no reason why I shouldn't be allowed to restore your comment. And technically, since I was the one who made that edit where I added your comment, technically, removing it is changing my edit, which you also can't do. Ksy92003(talk) 22:57, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

KYS, here's a simple solution, just put the diff of his edit in your comment. SashaCall (Sign!)/(Talk!) 23:01, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
