Pursuant to an agreement between the Wikimedia Foundation and jeffrey vernon merkey, and in exchange for good and valuable consideration of $5,000.00, this account has right to edit, which may not be abridged by any trolls on this site. disabling of this account is a material breach of this agreement and will reuslt in action being taken, incuding a restaining order being served on the foundation for breach of contract ordering the account to be restored and possible sanctions against any individuals who are tortiously interfering with the execution of this agreement. You have 24 hours to remove any and blocks or appropriate actions will be initiated against the Wikimedia Foundation and any individuals involved -- arbitration committe included.
