Cloudflare IPs blocked as "colocation/webhost" while it's WARP IP[edit]

I tried to edit Wikipedia recently but noticed a message “Editing from 8.39.204.0/22 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪User:ST47‬ for the following reason(s): The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider or colocation provider. To prevent abuse, web hosts and colocation providers may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.”

I understand the reasoning for blocking the webhosts; but after a quick debugging I found out that I’ve got this IP due to using Cloudflare WARP VPN. Of course it’s not a problem to disable VPN for editing Wikipedia; but due to WARP popularity, I would suggest reconsidering blocking this range of IPs, if they are used for VPN instead of webhosting.
