Is there a naming policy for accounts?

On Wikipedia anybody can create an account stating in the account name that he is such and such, I wonder if there is a policy regarding banning such accounts. --HappyInGeneral (talk) 18:19, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This user name could reasonably be seen as a violation of WP:ORGNAME, and could potentially be blocked on that basis alone until the name is changed.
