Sypnosis

After reading two weeks of WP:PGs, for around 50 hours. I want to talk on IRC and I can not. I want to appeal the block, I want to be given en:wikt:amnesty.

Why MAY you help me

Because that is your job, even if it is on a requirement level of MAY. En plus, I speak French, English, Chinese. And I will be a very valuable resources of the WP:WPCOM.

Hi, I was banned for idk, possibily for swearing and unconstructive actions. I search around WP:PG and I did WP:TLDR, and I was lazy.
