The controlling authority is Government of India which doesn't need any publicity to get people and I don't think that it's exaggerated in any way, all the facts are backed up with inline citations. You may want to have a look at much hyped articles such as [[Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers]] and [[Indian Administrative Service]]. Entry into the civil services in India is extremely tough as the competition is very high here. IOFS is no different, we need skilled and talented people to work for the country's defence sector rather than working abroad making humongous loads of money. Even then if you think that the article has some content that shouldn't be there, please feel free to remove.
