::::We can only judge you by your actions that we observe. You canvassed multiple respectable user's RfAs with oppose votes, often with little or no explanation. A new admin comes to your page and thanks you for your contributions, promising to take them in and learn from them, and you bite him. Another user steps in, offering civil, constructive comments, and you bite him. Please observe WP:CIV, and WP:NPA, and refrain from telling people to "grow up" and sarcastically telling them "good luck bragging and waving [the big stick] left [and] right." These are not becoming of a WP admin. K. Scott Bailey 16:37, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia: Truth in Numbers: The Wikipedia Story

Hi. I got your note. Apparently it isn't OK to link article pages with project pages. I would just like to know weather the content of Wikipedia: Truth in Numbers: The Wikipedia Story would now be good enough to be published as an article. I've attempted to do so once before but at the time there was much less information on the subject and the movie wasn't as well known. Thank you for your time. List of Russian words of English origin

Yes I will add a references. A few of the etymologies I am taking directly from the Wikipedia articles themselves, especially the ones I can't find an origin for. The definitions are from my own sources, unless I cannot find the word, then I use the Wikipedia article for a definition. The etymologies I have added will be double-checked with the Wikipedia articles at a later date, (since I don't too much time to work on articles), but the references I am using are very reliable. Thank you. WordsExpert 23:10, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My (KWSN's) RFA

Thank you for commenting my recent (and successful!) RfA. It passed at at 55/17/6. I'll try to make some changes based on your comments. Kwsn (Ni!) 01:53, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What can I say? I know good fellas rejected at 75/15/2. The plank goes lower... Now you have a big stick. Good luck bragging and waving it left right. `'Míkka 03:52, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
While you're at it, assuming good faith and being nice to fellow users: I don't think my crying foul at your RfA comments constitutes wikistalking. I first visited your page and your contrib hist a few minutes ago, when I went to your block log after finding this. — However, I'm gadfly conceding that I can be something of a dick. But seeing as you have recently been involved in more than one debate regarding your behaviour, I'm inclined to ask: Are you 100% certain that it couldn't have something to do with your own attitude and actions? It's not my place to speculate on your motivations, but you appear to be a bit stressed-out. As far as the above comment is concerned: As you're well aware, WP has an enourmous inertia, and we may not like the direction into which some things are going. But —speaking only for myself now— I've come to realise that it's not so much the system itself I'm fed up with from time to time, but rather my belated recognition of where things are headed, with or without me. And btw: Idiots with a record of inacceptable behaviour have been promoted at (256/118/9), while intelligent, hard-working users at (201/71/4) have not. And actually, as rspeer demonstrated with his editcount inflation statistics, the "plank" is on a constant rise. Users used to just ask for the tools. — Dorftrottel 13:55, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
