Tbh I think the submarinification is the most important part. It's a key element of Putin's strategy to make his navy unsinkable. No problem. Probably current state will be confirmed in next 3-4 hours as sun rises. Wikipedia can be kind of confusing to the uninitiated around verifiability standards and what is considered a reliable source especially in these kinds rapidly changing current events.
