Brand new account !voting keep in obscure MFD Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:WikiProject Peanut The Dog, and also joining Wikipedia:WikiProject Peanut The Dog. If you visit Wikipedia:WikiProject Peanut The Dog, you may notice that the WikiProject has no clearly defined topic, and gives off a bit of a CIR vibe. This makes me think that the only person interested in keeping it or joining it would be the WikiProject creator, Widget-policyq229, and that person's sockpuppets or meatpuppets.
Also, the octogenarian userbox doesn't jive well with including "hashtag" in their name. Although this is purely speculation.

@Novem Linguae: I've added Steak with gravy enjoyer to this report. it has the same behaviour as the other account - shows up, joins a nonsense wikiproject make by the master then makes a user page with user boxes. 163.1.15.238 (talk) 15:09, 21 February 2023 (UTC)

- On 18:33, 16 February 2023, Widget-policyq229 created Wikipedia:WikiProject Places Named Eva.
- Then, on 01:20, 17 February 2023, Widget-policyq229 created the members list
- Then, on on 17 February 2023 at 01:29, Steak with gravy enjoyer created their account.
- Steak with gravy enjoyer's first edit, two minutes after Steak with gravy enjoyer's account had been made (01:31, 17 February 2023), was to add themself to the "members" list. [1] [2]
- Steak with gravy enjoyer's only edits were to Wikiproject Places named Eva and their own user page.
- I looked through the Wikiproject Directory just now, and could not find Wikiproject Places named Eva. It doesn't seem that it had been listed. [3] So, it would have been complicated to find.
- Probably nothing, but Steak and gravy's userpage says that they have a pet dog. [4]. Widget-policyq229 says that they own one or more pugs. (It's down in the userboxes area. [5]) Probably the most ridiculous piece of evidence you've ever seen, but still Helloheart 21:39, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
