Winfried Hassemer

Winfried Hassemer (Born 17. February of 1940 in Gau-Algesheim) is a German criminal law scientist and vice-president of the Federal Constitutional Court. He is married with Kristiane weber Hassemer, the chairmen judge of a criminal senate at the higher regional court of Frankfurt/Main and chairmen of national ethics advice of Germany. His brother Volker Hassemer was a senator in Berlin.
