Transfers
On 30th June 2009, ronaldo completed his record 48p move from manchester united to Chelsea FC. When asked about the expensive price tag attached to him ronaldo replied, "I'm aware that 48p is a lot of money, even in today's market. I will do my best to justify that price tag, but I'm afraid I can't make any promises. I mean, I'm not THAT good and i also think chelsea are much better than manchester united and i believe all the manchester united squad are good for nothing and ferguson is a bully for forcing rooney to do it with him although they make quite a couple."
He continued...'When Fergie approached me he said 'I need someone to be my new little bitch, I had Ronnie but now he's bumming Kaka, Uncle Fergie will look after ya, don't join Wenger he's a taker not a giver, i've got lot's to give' I decided after this that Chelsea were the best option as I like to do all my ball work on the pitch!
Chelsea coach Carlo Ancellotti, on the other hand, had this to say: "I'm very excited to be signing a fabulous youngster in Alexander Pa- what do you mean we haven't signed Pato? Well, who have we signed? ... AAAAAHHHHH!"
