Útěchovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.23 square kilometres (2.41 sq mi), and has a population of 81 (as at 3 July 2006).
Útěchovice lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 36 km (22 mi) west of Jihlava, and 85 km (53 mi) south-east of Prague.
