Čejkovice (German Czeikowitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 25.0 square kilometres (9.7 sq mi), and has a population of 2,497 (as at 1 January 2008).

Čejkovice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of Hodonín, 41 km (25 mi) south-east of Brno, and 225 km (140 mi) south-east of Prague.
