Čenkov u Bechyně is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 1.26 square kilometres (0.49 sq mi), and has a population of 52 (as at 28 August 2006).

Čenkov u Bechyně lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) north of České Budějovice and 95 km (59 mi) south of Prague.
