Śrem [ɕrɛm] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sieraków, within Międzychód County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Sieraków, 12 km (7 mi) east of Międzychód, and 63 km (39 mi) west of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 20.
