Żalewo [ʐaˈlɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szamotuły, within Szamotuły County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Szamotuły and 24 km (15 mi) north-west of the regional capital Poznań.
