The 1914 Arizona Wildcats football team was an American football team that represented the University of Arizona as an independent during the 1914 college football season. In their first season under head coach Pop McKale, the Wildcats compiled a 4–1 record, shut out four of six opponents, and outscored all opponents, 85 to 20. The team captain was Turner Church Smith.[1] The team nickname transitioned from "Varsity" to "Wildcats" during the season.[2]
