The 1977 Chattanooga Moccasins football team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 1977 NCAA Division I-A football season. The Mocs were led by fifth year head coach Joe Morrison and played their home games at Charmerlain Field. They are a member of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 9–1-1,4-1 in Southern Conference play to finish tied for 1st place.[1]
