The 6th Young Critics Circle Awards , conferred on 16 February 1996 at the Faculty Center Conference Hall (Pulungang Recto, Bulwagang Rizal), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, honored the best of Philippine cinema of 1995 .[1]
