The 1996 Chattanooga Moccasins football team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 1996 NCAA Division I-AA football season. The Mocs were led by third year head coach Buddy Green and played their home games at Charmerlain Field. They are a member of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 3–8,2–6 in Southern Conference play to finish tied for 6th place.[1]
