The 10th Young Critics Circle Awards, conferred on 11 February 2000 at the Faculty Center Conference Hall (Pulungang Recto, Bulwagang Rizal), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, honored the best of Philippine cinema of 1999.[1]
