The 2004 All-Ireland Senior Ladies' Football Championship Final was the 31st All-Ireland Final and the deciding match of the 2004 All-Ireland Senior Ladies' Football Championship, an inter-county ladies' Gaelic football tournament for the top teams in Ireland.

Galway won by six points, with three great goals scored by Niamh Duggan (2) and Edel Concannon.[1]
