The Euro Hockey League 2012–13 is the sixth season of the Euro Hockey League , Europe's premier club field hockey tournament. Round One was held at the Pau Negre Stadium in Barcelona and at the hockey club in East Grinstead .[1] Uhlenhorster HC were the defending champions. The tournament was won by the host team for the semi-finals and final, HC Bloemendaal , who won their second title defeating KHC Dragons 2-0 in the final.[2]
Round one
Round 1 - the group stages of the tournament - was held at two locations, the Pau Negre Stadium in Barcelona and the hockey club in East Grinstead , each hosting four pools of three teams. The teams that finish in the top two places in their respective Pools will qualify for the first of the knock-out rounds. Five points are awarded for a win, with a draw earning two points and one point going to a team that lost by less than three goals.
