The 2012 Tennessee–Martin Skyhawks football team represented the University of Tennessee at Martin during the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by seventh-year head coach Jason Simpson and played their home games at Graham Stadium. They are a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 8–3, 6–2 in OVC play to finish in a tie for second place.
