On February 22, 2023, a clash occurred during an Israeli incursion into Nablus, resulting in 10 deaths and 102 injuries.[1][2]
Event
Israeli forces in Nablus allegedly surrounded a house where two wanted Palestinian militants were located. Clashes ensued at approximately 10 a.m. Ten Palestinians were killed and 102 others were injured during the conflict.[3]
The Palestinian Health ministry said that the dead included a 72-year-old and dozens were being treated for bullet wounds, some critical. Two of the dead were said to be the subject of the arrest operation and killed following the Israeli forces demolition of the building they were occupying.[4][5][2]
