The 2024–25 Women's Super League season (also known as the Barclays Women's Super League for sponsorship reasons) will be the 14th season of the Women's Super League (WSL) since it was formed in 2010.[1] It is the sixth season after the rebranding of the four highest levels in English women's football.

Teams

Twelve teams contested the 2024–25 Women's Super League season. Crystal Palace were confirmed as 2023–24 Women's Championship champions on 28 April 2024, and making their first appearance in the WSL.[2] They replaced Bristol City, who were relegated one season after their return to the WSL since being promoted from the Women's Championship the season prior.[3]
