In all fairness, you did a lot more work on the welcome message than I did - you created a rewrite and new page layout from scratch! I was stunned that it was reverted, and I just couldn't let all that creative energy go to waste! I'm glad I could help smooth out the disagreement to the satisfaction of all concerned.
