Yoshiaki Fujita (藤田 義明, Fujita Yoshiaki, born 12 January 1983 in Utsunomiya, Tochigi) is a Japanese retired footballer of Taiwanese descent.[1]

After ten seasons playing for Jubilo Iwata, Fujita retired in December 2020.[2]
