Balloon phobia

Balloon phobia or globophobia is a fear of balloons.[1] The source of fear may be the sound of balloons popping.[1]

Generally, globophobics will refuse to touch, feel, or go near a balloon for fear it will pop.[2]

This a form of phonophobia.
