Balyand is a village in the Jabrayil Rayon of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan ministry of defence published a video of the village on 22st December 2020 confirming Azerbaijani control over the village and full destruction of the village during the Armenian occupation which started in April 1993 and lasted till 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.[1]
