Witchazel is Berry's third album[1] and was originally released as a free download from his website on March 11, 2009. It was commercially released through Acid Jazz Records on March 7, 2011.[2]

Most instruments are played by Berry with Peter Serafinowicz as "Paul Mcartney" providing backing vocals on "Rain Came Down".[3] According to Berry the album is about "the terrors of the countryside".[1][4]
