The Bedford TA (also called Bedford A) is a light/medium duty truck/van made by Bedford from 1953 to 1958. Production of civilian vehicles ceased in WW2, causing Bedford to cease the production of the JC truck, and primarily focusing on the heavier Bedford QL truck. The JC was brought back into production after the war until it was replaced by the new TA.
History
The Bedford TA is also known as the Bedford A and was later developed into the Bedford TD. It was also used by the Danish army.[1] It was eventually facelifted and updated as the TJ truck.
