Petru Bogdan (29 January 1873, Iași – 28 March 1944, Mediaș) was a Romanian chemist, educator and politician. He wrote the first treatise on physical chemistry in the Romanian language. He was a professor at the University of Iasi.[1] In 1926, Bogdan was elected a titular member of the Romanian Academy.[2]
