Udo Di Fabio (2012) in Frankfurt am Main

Udo Di Fabio (born March 26, 1954 in Duisburg) is a German jurist. He is a former judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, Germany's highest court, where he served as a member of the Second Senate from December 1999 until December 2011.

Later career

In April 2020, Di Fabio was appointed by Minister-President Armin Laschet of North Rhine-Westphalia to a 12-member expert group to advise on economic and social consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany.[1]

Di Fabio is married, has four children and lives in Bonn.
