The editors-in-chief are S.A. Baker (Washington University in St. Louis), G. Dari-Mattiacci (Universiteit van Amsterdam), N. Garoupa (Texas A&M University and Católica Global Law School), E.A. Helland (Claremont McKenna College), and J. Klick (University of Pennsylvania). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2016 impact factor of 0.570.[1]
