Kathryn E. Freed (born October 25, 1946) is an American judge who has served as a New York Supreme Court Justice since 2012.[1]

She served on the New York City Council from the 1st district from 1992 to 2001.[2][3] She served as a Criminal Court judge from 2004 to 2005 and as a judge in the Civil Court of the City of New York from 2006 to 2011.[1]
